CYD-3000/5000移動(dòng)式磁粉探傷機(jī)，能對(duì)被探傷制件進(jìn)行交流或直流磁化和自動(dòng)退磁，能作連續(xù)法和剩磁法探傷；大尺寸制件分段局部磁化。采用邏輯電路和電子時(shí)間控制電路，帶斷電相位控制器，剩磁穩(wěn)定，自動(dòng)退磁能從所用磁化電流逐漸衰減到零，使剩磁消失，操作方便、效果好。調(diào)整可控硅導(dǎo)通角的大小來(lái)調(diào)整磁化、退磁電流的大小 適用于石油化工、冶金、船舶、電力、鐵路、汽車(chē)、機(jī)械修理等行業(yè)的各類(lèi)壓力容器、金屬結(jié)構(gòu)件、鑄造件、鍛造件、焊接件、熱處理件、各種零部件探傷。
