建筑幕墻耐撞擊檢測(cè)設(shè)備又稱(chēng)幕墻耐撞擊性能測(cè)試裝置,它主要用于測(cè)試各種類(lèi)的幕墻或其它類(lèi)似建筑維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的耐抗撞擊性能的測(cè)試,建筑幕墻耐撞擊性能檢測(cè)儀器又名幕墻耐撞擊性能測(cè)試裝置,主要是檢測(cè)幕墻對(duì)抗冰雹、大風(fēng)時(shí)飛來(lái)物、飛鳥(niǎo)等室外撞擊及室內(nèi)人員、物品沖擊的抗沖撞能力。耐撞擊性能也是對(duì)幕墻材料在沖擊荷載作用下的承載能力的一種要求。幕墻的撞擊力取決于物體的重量、形式、剛度以及撞擊的速度。

二、可執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：
幕墻耐撞擊性能測(cè)試裝置是依據(jù)國(guó)標(biāo)GB/T15227-2007建筑幕墻氣密、水密、抗風(fēng)壓性能檢測(cè)方法,GB/T18250-2000建筑幕墻平面內(nèi)變形性能檢測(cè)方法,GB/T21086-2007建筑幕墻,GB/T21086-2007附錄F（規(guī)范性附錄）耐撞擊性能試驗(yàn)方法的要求所設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā),各項(xiàng)性能參數(shù)指標(biāo)符合以上標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是幕墻檢測(cè)設(shè)備中信譽(yù)度好的檢測(cè)設(shè)備。

三、技術(shù)參數(shù)：
1. 在大降落高度處，懸掛鋼絲繩與掛點(diǎn)水平面的水平夾角>14°；
2. 撞擊物體和懸掛鋼絲繩在自由狀態(tài)時(shí)，輪胎外緣與試件表面的距離>5mm，且<15mm；
3. 撞擊物體的幾何**位于被撞擊點(diǎn)50mm為半徑的圓形范圍內(nèi)。
4. 撞擊物體釋放裝置能夠準(zhǔn)確定位撞擊物體的提升高度，保持撞擊物體**線和懸掛鋼絲繩**線在同一條直接線，撞擊物體被釋放后將自由下落。
