濾芯過濾器完整性測試儀 氣泡點法 測試原理
當(dāng)多孔膜材料被合適的浸潤液*濕潤后，由于液體的表面張力和相應(yīng)毛細管張力的作用， 浸潤液充滿膜孔并駐留在孔中。在濾材的兩側(cè)加上氣體壓差，要克服毛細管壓力將孔道中的液體 趕走而冒出氣泡，氣體的壓差必須增大到某一值ΔP，這個壓差值就稱為氣泡點，其計算公式如 式 1。式 1 表明，孔徑愈小，氣泡點愈高，因此可以用氣泡點來檢測過濾器的性能。

K—孔形系數(shù)（因為真實的濾膜上的孔不是圓柱形）

維護保養(yǎng) Maintenance
1、該儀器應(yīng)保存于清潔、干燥、常溫、無振動處，高溫、潮濕、灰塵會使電子線路腐蝕，電子期間老化，影響儀器的正常工作，縮短儀器的使用壽命。The instrument should be kept in clean, dry, normal temperature and no vibration. High temperature, humidity and dust will cause corrosion of electronic circuit, aging in the electronic period, affect the normal work of the instrument and shorten the service life of the instrument.
2、測試用接管、接插件等暫時不用時應(yīng)存放于清潔的塑料袋中，以免被污染。When the test takes over, connectors and so on should be stored in a clean plastic bag temporarily, so as not to be contaminated.
3、不要試圖拆開儀器，非專業(yè)人員對儀器的處理會損壞儀器。 Do not attempt to disassemble the instrument. The disposal of the instrument by the non professional personnel will damage the instrument.
4、不要用烈性化學(xué)制品、洗滌劑或清洗劑清洗儀器。用蘸少許中性肥皂水的軟布擦拭機箱。Do not use strong chemicals, detergents or cleaning agents to clean instruments. Wipe the chassis with soft cloth dipped in a little neutral soapy water.
